Colman's Mustard is one of the oldest existing food brands, The Mustard Shop opened in 1973 prior to re-locating elsewhere in the City in 1999 and paving the way for the Mustard Coffee Bar which was established in 2009.

Situated within character premises, The Mustard Coffee Bar extends over 2 floors offering a takeaway area, dining area and kitchen enabling the production of its popular menu lines. The business prides itself on quality, both in terms of service and product, roasting its own coffee on site to create its own unique house blend – 'Mustard Art Coffee', using seasonal local ingredients in respect of the freshly prepared breakfasts, lunches, desserts and cakes on offer to eat in or takeaway to include daily specials, indeed the house blend coffee can be purchased in packs for use at home and outside events can also be catered for strengthening the image of the business.
