EM&F are delighted to announce the successful sale of a convenience store in Lyme Regis to Neel Amarasinghe Vithanage. The store was previously purchased via EM&F by the seller Thasitharan Sriramamoorthy as an empty leasehold unit which Thas has transformed into a very successful convenience store having traded there for a number of years.

Neel has relocated to Dorset from London and is happily settling in to the seaside resort of Lyme Regis. He is now trading as “New Lyme Convenience Store” and all is going well.

Neel advised EM&F that “everything is perfect” – we wish him every success with his new venture.
