EM&F are pleased to announce the sale of High Kelling Post Office & Store, situated in Old Cromer Road, High Kelling in north Norfolk which they were marketing for vendors Janice & Colin Kemp due to pending retirement.

The purchasers, Hugo & Rebecca Middleton, who already run successful retail businesses within the area were looking for a Convenience Store to run whereby they could also introduce new lines by incorporating the sale of other goods which are currently sold within their existing businesses.

Whilst Mr & Mrs Middleton had retail experience, they were not familiar with running a Post Office but were more than willing to take it on and flew through the Post Office application process. We wish them every success with their new venture.
