EMF were delighted to complete on the sale of The Plant Cafe in Exeter’s Cathedral Yard last Friday. Purchaser, Emma Bates fell in love with the location when she first viewed the business and is looking to reopen in April trading as “The Cheeky Vegan”. She will be offering a host of vegan food including vegan hot dogs and burgers as well as cakes and coffees. Emma has been in hospitality since she was 16 years old, now aged 21 she is excited to be opening her first restaurant. We wish her every success with her new venture.
