Property Market Remains Open During Lockdown 2
Unlike the first lockdown, the secretary of state for Housing, Robert Jenrick has confirmed that England’s property market is allowed to continue during November’s lockdown with viewings, valuations and removals all being permitted with appropriate safeguards in place.
The rulings apply to both residential and commercial properties; Propertymark have confirmed that Commercial property viewings for sale or lease are permitted, as those viewing are looking to work in the property or gain income from it. The news has been welcomed by experts across the industry.
The property industry has proved itself to be robust, low contact and low risk, and well accustomed to the necessary safeguards. EM&F Group see the safety of their customers as being of paramount importance and have put all necessary COVID safety measures in place.
