Further to our telephone conversation this morning I just wanted to put in writing the HUGEST THANK YOU for all you have done over the last 19, and particularly the last 7, months to get sale of The EastGate Café and Brasserie to completion.

As you will be only too aware there have been a few stresses that have been outside of both of our control along the way, but you have never been anything other than unfailingly professional, polite, efficient, calm, reassuring, and a pleasure to deal with. The fact that you were always available, and totally on top of the situation whenever I called meant such a great deal.

Although we have never actually met and have only dealt with each other through this (at times challenging) sale I feel that you have created a bond between us whilst at all times remaining professional, and whilst I am only too pleased that we have now sold the business I will miss speaking to you.

I would not hesitate to recommend you, surely the nicest agent ever, to anyone looking to sell their business.

Thank you again for all your hard work in bringing the sale to completion and my very best wishes for the future.
