Successful Sale of Griffins Yard in South Molton, Devon to One Stop Stores

EMF were delighted to successfully complete on the sale of Griffins Yard in South Molton, Devon to One Stop Stores earlier this year enabling sellers Chris & Jane a well deserved retirement.
After a major refit the store is now reopen and looking great. Steve Berry, Senior Acquisitions Manager for One Stop was delighted with the end result, noting that it was an “incredible transformation and trading really well so far.” Local to South Molton?
