We had our business on the market with Mark and his team. From the initial valuation to the day of completion we felt we received a very personal service tailored to our needs. It did take longer to sell than we wished but that was because it was a specialised business that needed particular skills to operate successfully. Recently, Mark Harrison of EM&F sold the client book and equipment of our accountancy practice. The sale was done extremely professionally and targeted the right type of purchaser. We had a number of potential purchasers and one in particular suited the practice better than the others. The purchaser had a number of things to achieve and the sale took a little time complete because of these factors. During this time Mark was extremely patient and encouraging, which we all found to be extremely reassuring. I would thoroughly recommend Mark Harrison and EM&F to anyone who is considering selling their business. They are very straightforward to deal with and even though the sale took longer than anticipated, EM&F’s fee did not change from the original quotation.
