Recently, Mark Harrison of EM&F sold the client book and equipment of our accountancy practice. The sale was done extremely professionally and targeted the right type of purchaser. We had a number of potential purchasers and one in particular suited the practice better than the others. The purchaser had a number of things to achieve and the sale took a little time complete because of these factors. During this time Mark was extremely patient and encouraging, which we all found to be extremely reassuring. I would thoroughly recommend Mark Harrison and EM&F to anyone who is considering selling their business.
